    9:00 am – Noon Lecture

    Noon – 1:00 pm Lunch will be provided by the State

  • 2019 Regional Training Camp Information

    Registration for all 3 of Region 4’s Training Camps and the College Showcase will begin at 8AM on July 15th. Please see the attached file for information on the camps.

    Important – athletes will be considered registered when the on-line reservation is completed AND the hard copy registration, including priority level, and payment are received. Athletes will be accepted based on priority and by date that they are received. Priority 1 & 2 athletes have until August 14th to claim their priority spot. If they are registered after that date, they are not guaranteed a space.

    2019 Camp Information

  • Mike Hunger Clinic

    Come learn from National Team Staff Member, Mike Hunger.

    Mike is the Owner of Twin City Twisters.  The TCT girls optional teams (levels 7-10) swept the podium, winning all four levels (7-10) at the 2008, 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Minnesota State Championships.

    Below is an outline of the clinic…

    • July 13th:  Vault at Altius (9670 S. Franklin Dr, Franklin, WI 53132)
      • 9:00 am – Noon:  Vault (coaches only)
      • Noon – 1:00 pm:  Lunch (provided for coaches only)
      • 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm:  Vault (coaches & athletes)
    • July 14th:  Floor & Bars at MWT-Hartland (602 Industrial Ct., Hartland, WI  53029)
      • 9:00 am – Noon:  Bars (coaches only)
      • Noon – 1:00 pm:  Lunch (provided for coaches only)
      • 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm:  Floor (coaches only)

    Mike will be presenting vault on Saturday, July 13th at Altius.  Athletes are invited from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.  Athletes must have competed Level 6 or higher last season.  Athletes are not invited to attend the parts of the clinic that are for coaches only.  This clinic will focus on Yurchenko style vaulting…traditional entry vaults will be covered briefly.  Topics will include everything from beginner to elite.

    Mike will be presenting bars and floor on Sunday, July 14th at MWT-Hartland.  Athletes are not invited to this day of the clinic.

    Register now… this clinic will be limited to the first 75 athletes!  Maximum of 3 per coach and 6 per club.

    • Cost:  $25/coach & $50/athlete
      • Bring 3 athletes and the coach gets in for FREE!  (please follow Safe Sport travel guidelines)
      • All attendees MUST be USA Gymnastics members that are in good standing
