Region 4 Training Camps will open for enrollment on Aug 15 on MEET MAKER, not on USA Gym Meet Reservations. This is an attempt to get everyone who wants to attend in even if their renewal is not done on USA Gym. The information for the camps is listed below.

  • 2019 Contributor of the Year Nominations

    We are looking for nominations for Contributor of the Year.
    Criteria – – – – –
    * Doesn’t have to be a coach
    * Doesn’t have to be from the nominator’s club
    * Displays good sportsmanship, team spirit, ethics
    * Contributes to state efforts (camps, clinics, congresses, volunteer positions)
    * Lifetime contribution may be considered
    Nominations will be accepted through Saturday, March 16.

  • Spotting Clinic

    Instructor members can’t register for the spotting clinic through the meet reservation system. They can participate as long as they have an instructor membership. If an instructor members would like to attend the spotting clinic, they need to register them by emailing me at: [email protected] with the following information:

    • Instructor’s Name
    • USAG #
    • Club

  • Fall Compulsory Meet Requests Due By March 1

    We are now taking requests from clubs interested in hosting a compulsory qualifier next fall.  You must send in 3  weekend choices in rank order of preference. Requests must be emailed to [email protected] before March 1, 2018.

    We also want to remind everyone that you may offer Xcel levels at the compulsory qualifiers this fall if you would like.  This was included in the Minutes from the last Administrative Committee meeting on 12/2/17.
